People often ask us.....Why in the world are you doing this???
We could have just leveled the house and put in a nice cozy triple wide and lived out our lives here in comfort and peace (and warmth).
Well that's just not us! We gave up a perfectly wonderful house in Cathlamet (with heat......but more on that later) to move back to Brian's ancestral home to re-build it for future generations.
Sounds grand....doesn't it?
Some days it is...some days it's not quite as grand as we first imagined.
But...we keep telling ourselves that it will all be worth it in the end....but just when is that???
Hopefully next spring or summer we will be able to open up our Bed & Breakfast. Then we will invite you to make your reservation and hopefully spoil you in a very special way for a day or two.
